Open the Registry editor with regedit on the run.

Now navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google\Update

in the right-pane side double click on the UpdateDefault and change this value 0 to 1.

Now close the registry editor. it will start the updating your Google Chrome. Relaunch the chrome. Google Chrome is up-to-date.
